Title:
ELECTROMAGNETIC ELEMENT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS60245201
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain an electromagnetic element having excellent switching characteristic by utilizing amorphous magnetic alloy of a particular composition.

CONSTITUTION: An electromagnetic element is formed using amorphous magnetic alloy having the composition expressed by (Fe1-xNix)100-aXa (where the symbol X is a kind or more kinds of elements selected from a group consisting of P, B, C, Si, Ge and Al. 0≤x≤0.7, 15≤a≤35) in terms of atomic percent. A thin belt of amorphous magnetic alloy of Fe system including Ni is superior to ferrite as the magnetic core of magnetic switch, etc. because it shows larger change of permeability when a DC magnetization force is given. Therefore the switching characteristic can be improved and an element can be reduced in size.
