PURPOSE: To prevent a lead wire for a temperature sensor from being damaged and/or disconnected at time of the setting work of an electrode member as well as to make this temperature sensor cane into opposedly contact with a wetted wall.
CONSTITUTION: An earth electrode 2 to be installed in a measuring pipe 1 is composed of a first electrode constituent member 31 being fitted in an electrode mounting hole 3 and pressed to this measuring pipe 1 by dint of a compression coil spring, and a second electrode constituent member 32 being provided with a lead wire deriving hole 39 of a temperature sensor 10 at the rear end, and screwed in the first electrode constituent member 31 so as to make this part projected to the outside of a spring bearing member 13. The temperature sensor 10 is fastened tight to a tip face of the second electrode constituent member 32, and it is inserted into the first electrode constituent member 31 while it is made to come into opposedly contact with a wetted wall 33.
