To provide an electromagnetic flowmeter for peritoneal dialysis capable of measuring accurately the flow rate of dialyzate solution, and a peritoneal dialysis device.
When a clamp part 40 is replaced on a new measuring pipe 26, a zero-point adjustment mode is set in the peritoneal dialysis device 10 before supply or discharge of the dialyzate solution, and new zero-point data corresponding to a relative position between detection electrodes 33, 33 provided on the measuring pipe 26 and an electromagnetic coil 32 provided on the clamp part 40 are stored and renewed. Then, when the dialyzate solution flows in a liquid sending pipe 20, MPU 38 performs zero-point correction based on the zero-point data, and calculates the flow rate based on induced voltage data subjected to the zero-point correction. Hereby, even if the relative position between the detection electrodes 33, 33 and the electromagnetic coil 32 is deviated from a normal position by replacement of the clamp part 40 following exchange of the liquid sending pipe 20, the flow rate of the dialyzate solution can be measured accurately.
