PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct a date/time of history information in a simple structure.SOLUTION: A converter of an electromagnetic flow meter comprises: an EEPROM 223; a date/time counter 224; date/time count value recording means 226 which records a count value of the date/time counter 224 as C1_ROM when a power interruption occurs; event recording means 230 which records a count value of the date/time counter 224 as a time stamp Tm_ROM when an event occurs; date/time information acquisition means 231 which acquires current date/time from a clock of a calibrator 3 when the converter 2 is connected with the calibrator 3; date/time correction means 232 which corrects the count value on the basis of the current date/time to set it to the date/time counter 224; and event occurrence time correction means 233 which corrects the time stamp Tm_ROM on the basis of the current date/time when the converter 2 is connected with the calibrator 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
