To diffuse an electromagnetic seed agent smoothly and uniformly into the inlet pipe of a generator and introduce it to an electromagnetic fluid generator, while preventing condensation on a turbulence accelerating plate by fixing the turbulence accelerating plate to a seed supply nozzle and inclining in the flow direction of a working fluid.
A working fluid 1 flows through the inlet pipe 3 of a generator and sprayed ionized seed agent 4a is carried on the flow of the working fluid 1, evaporated by the heat of the working fluid 1 and further ionized before being introduced to a generator in plasma state. Since the sprayed ionized seed agent 4a is small in mass and flows, while being collected in the center of the inlet pipe 3, a turbulence accelerating plate 4c is disposed at the rear end of a seed supply nozzle 4b and the ionized seed agent 4a is diffused forcibly in the cross-sectional direction of the inlet pipe 3. Since the seed agent 4a is condensed to produce a large droplet upon direct contact with the plate 4c, the plate 4c is formed with an open angle of 120° or less along the flow direction of the fluid 1.
