To provide an electromagnetic fuel injection valve through which desired amount of fuel can be accurately injected.
A needle valve 2 for closing a fuel injection hole 3 is opened and closed by electromagnetic force. A pressure receiving surface 11 for receiving fuel pressure is formed on the needle valve 2 so that the needle valve 2 makes the fuel injection hole 3 open. Fuel supply passages 8a, 8b are formed so that fuel can simultaneously be supplied to the pressure receiving surface 11 and the fuel injection hole 3. Sectional area of the fuel supply passages 8a, 8b can be adjusted. When the needle valve 2 must open the fuel injection hole 3, the sectional area of the fuel supply passages 8a, 8b is increase. When the needle valve 2 must close the fuel injection hole 3, the sectional area of the fuel supply passages 8a, 8b is reduced.
