To provide an electromagnetic fuel injection valve injecting fuel in a conical pattern, with fuel injection amount and particle size stabilized by an upstream swirl.

In the electromagnetic fuel injection valve (injector), a fuel whirling member giving the fuel whirling force is disposed upstream of an injection hole ejecting the fuel, and an elastic body member having an elastic amount not less than a stroke of a variable valve is disposed to a variable valve guide part guiding the fuel by an inside diameter part of the fuel whirling member. Since the fuel is guided through the elastic body member to constitute sealing structure for suppressing an unturned fuel flow rate passing through a clearance between the inside diameter part of the fuel whirling member and the variable valve guide part, the fuel injection amount and spray pattern are stabilized.
