Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic fuel injection valve of which an injector plate to be joined to a valve seat member is composed of a press-molded metal plate, for, when a fuel passage is recessed in one face of the injector plate with press-molding, reducing the formation load of the fuel passage having a greater drawing depth to prevent the crack or fracture at the peripheral part of the fuel passage.SOLUTION: In an opposite face 36i of an injector plate 36 to a valve seat member 3, a fuel passage FP recessed. A peripheral face FPs of the fuel passage FP has a rising face portion 101 rising straight from a bottom face FPb, and a curved face portion 102 continuing with the upper end of the rising face portion 101 and extending to the opposite face 36i, and deeper than the rising face portion. The rising face portion 101 is arranged at a position almost the same as that of an outer peripheral end 41fe of a peak 41f of an upheaval part 41 on an injector plate outer surface 36o in view from a transverse plane perpendicular thereto or at a position inward of the outer peripheral end. The curved face portion 102 is formed to be gradually farther away outward from the rising face portion 101 as extending closer to the opposite face 36i.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
