Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily obtain the accurate concentric arrangement of a first and a second guide parts for guiding the axial sliding of a valve assembly in an electromagnetic fuel injection valve.
SOLUTION: A valve seat member 3 is formed with a first fitting cylinder part 3a concentric with a first guide part, 9 for supporting a valve part 16 of a valve assembly V. A valve housing 2 is formed with a second fitting cylinder part 2a concentric with a second guide part 13 for supporting a movable core 12 of the valve assembly V and to be pressed into the first fitting cylinder part 3a. The peripheral surface of the first fitting cylinder part 3a is formed with a tapered guide surface 40, a cylindrical and concentric adjustment surface 41 having a diameter larger than a large diameter part of the guide surface 40, and a cylindrical press-in surface 42 having a diameter larger than that of the cylindrical and concentrical adjustment surface 41 in order from a tip of the first fitting cylinder part 3a, and welding is performed between the first and the second fitting cylinder parts 3a and 2a, over the whole circumference.
