PURPOSE: To reduce the number of parts and shorten the working process and execute production efficiently and with high accuracy by integrally forming a plunger and a rod from the soft magnetic material and forming a wearproof layer onto the outer peripheral part of a collar formed onto the rod.
CONSTITUTION: A plunger 10 and a valve body 12 are integrally formed through a rod 11, and the outer peripheral part of the valve body 12 and the outer peripheral part of a collar 19 installed onto the part of the rod 11 which is separated from the valve body 12 are supported in slidable ways onto a nozzle body 13. In this case, the plunger 10 and the rod 11 are integrally formed by the soft magnetic material, e.g., electromagnetic stainless steel. A wear-resisting layer 20 is formed onto the outer periphery of the collar 19 in a thickness of 1W2μ. Said abrasion-proof layer 20 is formed by spraying in plating form the abrasionproof resin such as polyimide resin. Therefore, the polishing work for centering work or center adjustment for the plunger 10 and the rod 11 can be eliminated, and preparation can be executed efficienty and with high accuracy.
