Abstract:
To solve problems in an excitation coil using pattern winding coil of prior art such as heat accumulating, large scale, nonuniformity of heat distribution.
In an electromagnetic induction heating apparatus 2 for heating object 1 provided with electromagnetic induction heating layer 1a, there is provided with an excitation coil 3 for creating shifting magnetic field H passing through the electromagnetic induction heating layer 1a being the object 1. Laminated plane coil, in which this patterns 4a is formed repeatedly with a plate conductor 4 overlapped and laminated in turn is used as the excitation coil 3. The object of the invention is the excitation coil itself or an image memory device itself.
