Abstract:
To provide an electromagnetic noise suppressing body and its manufacturing method, which can provide noise absorption effect in any shape, without being affected by the shape of a conductive pattern.
An electromagnetic noise suppressing body that is a soft magnetic thin film, which has magnetic anisotropy in one direction, and which is composed of M (M is either Fe, Co, or Ni, or mixture of them) -X (X is an element other than M or Y, or mixture of them) -Y (Y is either F, N, or O, or mixture of them.
