Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an electromagnetic operation mechanism (electromagnet) for a switch, in which a large attraction force can be exhibited at an open pole position, and the attraction force can be suppressed at a closed pole position, and to provide a switch.SOLUTION: An electromagnetic operation mechanism 10 of a switch 1 has a structure including an electromagnetic coil 11, a mover 13 moving on the central axis of the electromagnetic coil 11 by excitation thereof, an abut surface 12a arranged on the central axis and on which the end of the mover 13 abuts, and a stator 12 including a protrusion 15 protruding from the outer periphery of the abut surface 12a toward the mover 13 side. The electromagnetic operation mechanism is configured to guide an electromagnetic flux 30, generated by excitation of the electromagnetic coil 11, to the protrusion 15.
