Abstract:
To improve accuracy of secondary pressure (control pressure).SOLUTION: A solenoid proportional control valve 100 comprises a housing 1, a sleeve 3 housed in the housing 1, a spool 5 provided in the sleeve 3 and applying a thrust force Fa due to secondary pressure in an axial direction, a solenoid 7 giving a thrust force Fs to one end of the spool 5, a spring 4 giving an energization force Fk against the thrust force Fs due to the solenoid 7 to the other end of the spool 5, and an adjustment mechanism 9 for adjusting the energization force Fk of the spring 4 to the spool 5. The pressure (secondary pressure) of a secondary pressure port 12 is controlled by adjusting communication between a primary pressure port 11 and the secondary pressure port 12 to a tank port 13 by a balance of the thrust force Fs, the energization force Fk and the thrust force Fa to the spool 5. The adjusting mechanism 9 has a spring receiving part 84 nipping the spring 4 between it and the other end of the spool 5, and the position of the spring receiving part 84 is changed to adjust the energization force of the spring 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
