To provide an electromagnetic pump which simplifies a structure, facilitates maintenance inspection and reduces cost by integrally forming a solenoid valve and pump mechanism.
An electromagnetic pump 60 comprises a solenoid valve 61 and a pump part 62 engaged with the solenoid valve 61. In the pump part 62, a body 78 is engaged with a stopper 68 by a screw mechanism. A rod 73 of the stopper 68 is connected to one end of a stepped piston 81 slidably inserted and fitted in the body 78 through the medium of a retainer 82a. The other end of the stepped piston 81 is pushed by a spring member 85 engaged with a piston shaft 86 mounted in the body 78. A pump mechanism 91 is formed by communicating a large diameter hole part 79a of the stepped hole 79 with an intake passage 88 and a discharge passage 89 and by providing a discharge check valve 90 at some midpoint of the discharge passage 89. A flow passage 92 for communicating to holes 83a, 83b is connected to the intake passage 88.
