Abstract:
PURPOSE: To facilitate replacement of an oil level sensor and an electromagnetic pump and to detect the oil level surely at all times.
CONSTITUTION: The electromagnetic pump comprises a fuel sucking section internally provided with a fuel path being inserted into a fuel tank T, and a pump section extended above the fuel sucking section. The pump section is driven to suck the fuel in the fuel tank T from the tip of the fuel sucking section and thus feeding the fuel to a burner. In such electromagnetic pump, a casing 7 is fixed detachably to the fuel sucking section 2a. The casing 7 is constructed to circulate the fuel in the fuel tank T and an oil level sensor (light emitting and receiving elements 7a, 7b and prism 7c) for detecting presence of fuel in the fuel tank T is disposed in the casing 7.
