Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noise caused by an oscillator.
SOLUTION: This pump is constituted by arranging an oscillator 46 to be oscillated in the axial direction by electrification to electromagnets between a pair of these alternating electromagnets and connecting a connecting shaft 62 provided on an end part of the oscillator 46 to diaphragms 24, 25. It is devised to suck and discharge air in pump chambers 29, 30 one sides of which are partitioned by the diaphragms 24, 25 by oscillating motion in accordance with oscillation of the oscillator 46. A permanent magnet 63 provided on the oscillator 46 is skewed in a direction of oscillation. Consequently, it is possible to smoothly oscillate the oscillator 46.
