Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic pump to easily and reliably couple a screw shaft to an end of a vibrator body.
SOLUTION: A vibrator body 61 is made of a metal. An electromagnetic pump comprises provided at the end part of the body 61 with an approximate T-shaped screw shaft mounting groove 68 in which the head part 62a of a screw shaft 62 coupled to a diaphragm is fitted; a fixed protrusion part 75 protruded in the shaft mounting groove 68 through the groove edge on the deep side of the screw mounting groove 68 on which the end face of the head part 62a fronts; and a pressure recessed part 76 which is formed in a recess in the direction of the thickness of the vibrator body 61 in the vicinity of the groove edge on the deep side and from which the fixed protrusion part 75 is protruded. Simultaneously with formation of the pressure recessed part 76 in the vibrator body 61 by press working, the head part 62a fitted in the mounting groove is nipped between the protrusion part 75 and the step form groove edge 68b of the screw shaft mounting groove 68 by the fixed protrusion part 75 protruded in the groove 68, and the screw shaft 62 is coupled to the vibrator body 61.
