CONSTITUTION: An electromagnetic driving means which is provided inside a main body having an inlet port and a discharge port for fluid has a holding groove 20 (an installation part) on its side end in an oscillating direction, and has an oscillator integrated with a permanent magnet 18. An installation screw 23 (a connection body) has one end on which a base seat 21 (an installed part) is formed for detachably attaching to the holding groove 20 of the oscillator, and the other end installed on a diaphragm for supporting the oscillator.
