To reduce electromagnetic radiation intensity of a portable telephone in a direction of a user head part and to reduce damages to the head part by having an electromagnetic wave absorption part absorb the electromagnetic wave in the direction of the user's head part and connecting it to a power source minus electrode with a negative electrode cord through an electronic contact circuit.

This device is composed of an electromagnetic wave absorbing part 8, a medium electric plate 9, an electrical circuit 7 and a negative electrode code 6, and the whole device is integrated with a transmission adapter 1 of an antenna structure, an antenna fixed-base 2, a transmission adapter insulation 3, a screw antenna 5 and the like by pouring plastic or rubber. The electromagnetic wave absorbing part 8 is installed near the screw antenna 5 side, the screw antenna 5 and the electromagnetic wave absorbing part 8 are separated by the medium electroplate 9, a bottom edge of the electromagnetic wave absorbing part 8 and a contact point input terminal of the electric contact circuit 7 are connected, and a contact output terminal of the electric contact circuit 7 and the minus electrode code 6 are connected. The other end of the minus electrode code 6 is connected to a power source negative electrode of a portable telephone.
