In the electromagnetic relay 1 in which a contact 2 and b contact 3 are respectively arranged and installed at respective sides of the center line 8x of a card 8 extending in a slide direction 82 of the card 8 and driven by the common card 8, in the card 8, and at the inner periphery of an arm part 89 on the b contact 3 side, a protrusion 80a facing an insulating barrier rib 46 is formed in the vicinity of the b contact 3. Accordingly, on the b contact 3 side contacting in a non-excited state that the card 8 retreats (opposite direction to arrow head 82), a resilient force of two sheets of contacts of a movable contact terminal 32 and a fixed contact terminal affects on the card 8, while on the separated a contact 2 side, the resilient force of the movable contact terminal 22 alone affects. When by a difference between these resilient forces, rotation in E-shaped direction of the arrow head 85 is generated in the card 8, rotation regulation can be carried out by the protrusion 80a, and stable slide operation can be realized.
