An electromagnetic relay device has a first relay and a second relay. A switch of the first relay is serially connected to a driving load, and a coil of the first relay is serially connected to a switch of the second relay. A coil of the second relay is serially connected to a control switch. The device has a first resistance parallely connected to the coil of the first relay, and a second resistance parallely connected to the coil of the second relay. The first relay has the same structure as the second relay. A contact point of the switch of the first relay and a contact point of the switch of the second relay are formed of a material containing silver tin oxide or silver tin oxide indium.
