To provide an electromagnetic relay in which the structure is simple, and the number of parts and assembling man-hour is reduced, and which has a long life and can be manufactured inexpensively.

The electromagnetic relay C has the base 31 composed of a non-electrconductive body, an armature 41 locked to a yoke 35 fixed to the base 31 swinging possibly, an electromagnet D to attract the armature 41, and a movable contact point 42 and a fixed contact point 39 contacted and separated by the actuation of the electromagnet D. The movable contact point 42 is directly arranged and installed at the armature 41, the fixed contact point 39 is arranged and installed at a terminal 38 made curving possible by using a spring material, and makes a mounting part of the contact point of the armature 41 and a mounting part of the terminal 38 bend.
