Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic relay which can attach its movable piece easily to a coil block without use of a hinge spring and can operate the movable piece stably.
SOLUTION: This relay has a movable piece 50 placed opposite to a coil block so that the ends of the moveable piece 50 face the magnetic pole parts 35 of an iron core 21, with one end of the movable piece 50 being connected to and energized by an operating element 70 energized by the spring force of a contact switching mechanism so that the end is separated from one of the magnetic pole pieces 35 which is opposed to the end, and with the other end of the movable piece 50 placed in a free state and in proximity to the other magnetic pole part opposed thereto.
