In this electromagnetic shield structure, a linear antenna element 3 with a length for resonating with an electric wave to be shielded is scattered on a synthetic resin film such as a polyimide film, a polyester film, and a polyethylene film as film materials as an electromagnetic shielding element with a gap considering the electromagnetic field reflection equivalent area (scattering opening area) or the electromagnetic field reflection equivalent volume (scattering opening volume) of the element, and electric waves are scattered by the linear antenna element 3 for attenuation. In the electromagnetic shield structure, the gap between the linear antenna elements 3 is set to the maximum, dense, equivalent gap, and a gap 4 between the linear antenna elements 3 is connected by an insulating material for preventing the gap 4 from being recognized.
