Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a desired electromagnetic shielding property at low cost by the agency of an existing heat insulation double glazing.
SOLUTION: The electromagnetic shielding window uses a heat insulation double glazings 1, 2 having a metal film 3 on at least one surface. Herein, a conductive material 5 is disposed on the opposite side of the metal film 3 of the glazing 2 having the metal film 3, thereby forming electrically integrally a connection between the conductive material 5 and the sash window frame 9. The conductive material 5 is made into a conductive film that covers peripheral end parts of the heat insulation double glazing and both its surfaces along thereof and extends to the sash window frame 9.
