Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enhance the weldability without deteriorating the space factor by a method wherein the surface roughness of a base steel sheet provided with an electric insulating film containing organic region is set up at specific value.
CONSTITUTION: In an electromagnetic steel sheet for laminated iron core provided with an electric insulating film containing organic resin, the surface roughness of a base steel sheet is specified not to exceed 0.5μm in the mean roughness Ra on the central line and not to exceed 2μm in the maximum height Rmax.
