Abstract:
To prevent a burnout of coils of an electromagnetic switch caused by over-voltage and under-voltage input to a welding machine, by a temperature sensing element.
A commercial power source applies voltage on a main transformer (MTR) 2 of a welding machine through a contact (MS) 1 of an electromagnetic switch. While, a contact (THP) 6 of a temperature sensing element arranged on a coil of the electromagnetic switch the coil (MS) 4 of the electromagnetic switch, and a contact 5 of relay (CR1) are connected in series through a power source switch (S1) 3. The relay (CR1) is synchronized with an starting (TS) 8 of the welding machine.
