PURPOSE: To reduce the size of a product and to reduce cost by a method where in a permanent magnet is arranged in the insertion hole of an electromagnetic coil in the outer peripheral part of which a coil containing part is formed and a pair of pump chambers are arranged in such a manner to surround a pair of diaphragms attached to the two end parts of the shaft of he permanent magnet.
CONSTITUTION: When a half-wave current is fed from an AC source 60 to the coils 12 and 13 of an electromagnetic coil 2, plate cores 14 and 15 are magnetized into an S-pole and plate cores 16 and 17 magnetized into an N-pole. A permanent magnet 3 is moved rightward and the central parts of diaphragms 4 and 5 are moved rightward through a shaft 26. As a result, an internal space K2 in a right pump chamber 7 is compressed and air is delivered through a delivery port 52 by means of an air delivery part 44. Meanwhile, an internal space K1 of a left pump chamber 6 is expanded and outside air is sucked through an air suction part 41 by means of a suction port 49. By feeding a half-wave current, the diaphragms 4 and 5 moved leftward and in following, similar operation is repeated to continuously deliver air.
