Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic valve integrated expansion valve having a novel constitution which can make compatible both the prevention of noise at an operation of the expansion valve, and the prevention of fracture or the like caused by abnormal high-pressure.SOLUTION: A second expansion valve 14 has a main body part 20, a movable member 30, a diaphragm operator 40 and an electromagnetic valve 70, and can adjust an opening of a throttle flow passage 36 between a valve seat part 32 and itself by adjusting a position of a spherical valve body 37 in a valve chamber 25 by the diaphragm operator 40. The movable member 30 is arranged in an accommodation part 26 which is formed at the valve chamber 25 side of a refrigerant flow passage 24b so as to be displaceable. When the refrigerant in a sealed space between the spherical valve body 37 and the electromagnetic valve 70 becomes high in pressure abnormally, the abnormal high-pressure acts on a pressure-receiving part 34 of the movable member 30, and thereby the movable member 30 begins to be displaced to the valve chamber 25 side, and relieves the abnormal high-pressure. Since there is no necessity for forming a fine flow passage for relieving the abnormal high-pressure at the main body part 20, noise generated at the decompression and expansion of the refrigerant can be prevented.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
