Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic vibration type diaphragm pump including fluid leakage preventive function having a structure that is operated under a higher pump efficiency than that of the prior art and that can be manufactured in less-expensive manner.SOLUTION: This invention comprises a pair of electromagnets 2 having cores 22; a vibrator 3 having a permanent magnet 31 that is arranged to oppositely face against the pair of electromagnets 2; a frame 4 having the pair of electromagnets 2 and the vibrator 3 arranged thereat; a diaphragm 5 arranged in at least one end of the vibrator 3; a pump casing 6 fixed to at least one side of the frame 4; and an electromagnet storing segment 7. A vibrator passage 8 into which the vibrator 3 is inserted and passed is arranged to be spaced apart by a partition wall 9 for preventing leakage of fluid in the vibrator passage 8 in respect to an electromagnet storing space 71 of the electromagnet storing segment 7. The partition wall 9 includes an edge-line crest 10 facing toward the vibrator passage 8, a segment of the core 22 facing against the crest 10 is formed to extend toward the vibrator passage 8 rather than both ends of the core 22.
