Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic oscillation type diaphragm pump capable of preventing resonance at a drive frequency, and suppressing increase of noise.SOLUTION: The hardening of a viscoelastic material is set to 60 so that a natural frequency determined by a support load determined by a load of a pump body 7 and four pieces of first vibration bodies 15, and a spring rate of the first vibration body determined by its hardness and shape, is different from a drive frequency of the pump body 7 of 48 Hz. Consequently, the hardness of the first vibration body 15 is set to 60, so that the hardness can be properly set for the support load of the pump body 7 the first vibration body 15 supports, the natural frequency to be determined can be set so as to be deviated from a supply frequency, and then the natural frequency can be prevented from being resonant with the drive frequency in respective different systems, thereby suppressing noise due to resonance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
