Title:
ELECTROMAGNETIC VIBRATOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS6175717
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To eliminate the need of a vibration-proof spring and to produce a vibration-proof effect by coupling two movable portions to a fixed portion through means elastically deformable in the same direction, and exciting both movable portions in opposite directions to each other by an a.c. electromagnet.

CONSTITUTION: An electromagnetic vibration feeder 10 has a trough 11 coupled to a fixed portion 13 through a pair of front and rear and let and right plate spring 12. A counterweight 17 is disposed below the trough 11. An electromagnet 20 is fixed to the lower surface of the counterweight 17, and a coil 21 is wound round the magnet. A movable core 22 is fixed to the trough 11 side in such a manner as to confront with the electromagnet. In this arrangement, when an a.c. current is applied to the coil 21, alternating attraction is produced between the electromagnet 20 and the movable core 22, so that the electromagnet and the movable core attract each other and are forced to displace in opposite directions to each other by restoring force of plate springs 12, 24. Accordingly, reaction force is not extended to the fixed portion 13, so that vibration is not transmitted to the floor S.
