A split conductor layer 22 which comprises a plurality of conductive films arrayed with a space in two directions across the direction where a resistance film 16 and a reflective film 18 are aligned is provided between the resistance film 16 where a part of an incoming electromagnetic wave is reflected while another part transmits and the reflective film 18 which reflects the in-coming electromagnetic wave. A magnetic body layer 32 is provided between the split conductor layer 22 and the reflective layer 18. Magnetic body layers 32A and 32B of the magnetic body layer 32 comprise many magnetic body plates where a magnetic body film is formed on a thin, long square-like supporting body, with its short side parallel to the aligned direction. Related to the magnetic body plate of the magnetic body layer 32A, its major side is parallel to a first direction (the direction vertical to a paper face in figure (A)) orthogonal to the aligned direction while arrayed with a space in a second direction (the direction vertical to the paper face in figure (B)) orthogonal to the first direction. Related to the magnetic body plate of the magnetic body layer 32B, its major side is parallel to the second direction while arrayed with a space in the first direction.
