Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic wave noise detector capable of correctly detecting abnormal electromagnetic waves without complicating a detector configuration and capable of reliably shutting off electrical power for causative electric equipment.SOLUTION: An electromagnetic wave of an electric circuit 8 of a power supply device for supplying electric power to a load 1 via an output terminal 25 connected with the load are detected. When the detected electromagnetic wave exceeds a preset value, the electric circuit 8 is interrupted.
