To practically suppress an electromagnetic wave resonance in an high electromagnetic wave shield chamber which is applicable even if a strong magnetic field is present, by providing a film or board wherein a material having a magnetic loss is contained by a specified amount in an inorganic or organic binder.
Related to a film or board wherein inorganic or organic binder comprises a material which causes a magnetic loss at frequency band 10 to 1000 MHz by 10 to 90 wt.%, any material which comprises the magnetic loss in that band can be used for the material to cause magnetic loss at frequency band 100 to 100 MHz. For example, metal oxide magnetic body, metal magnetic body, etc., are used. The form of the magnetic particle is not limited, and, for example, uneven particle, oblate particle, and scale-like particle may be used while it may be an aspect material with a short diameter and a long diameter.
