The electromagnetic wave-shielding combined yarns 10A, 10B (10C-10E) are constituted by twisting electroconductive metal wires 30z, 30s in Z twist and/or S twist to a core yarn 20 comprising a twisted yarn or a filament yarn, or twisting twisted yarns (20z, 20s) or the filament yarn in Z twist and/or S twist to a core material (30) comprising the electroconductive metal wire. The electromagnetic wave-shielding woven or knit fabric is prepared by using the electromagnetic wave-shielding combined yarn as each of a warp yarn and a weft yarn and weaving or knitting the same.
