This lounge suit-shaped jacket having an extra interlining 5 disposed between a face side fabric 3 and a lining fabric 4 of a front body 2 is obtained by arranging an electromagnetic-shielding cloth 6 consisting of a fabric including fibers subjected to an electromagnetic-shielding treatment on the extra interlining 5. Preferably, the electromagnetic shielding cloth 6 is arranged at the body side of a bag cloth of an inner pocket formed at the back side of the front body 2, or at the outer positions of the both sides thereof, or arranged between a base interlining and a chest extra interlining in the extra interlining 5 obtained by arranging a shoulder extra interlining and the chest extra interlining on the base interlining so as to be piled.
