The electromagnetic wave shielding mesh 1 is provided with conductive meshes 2 having sheet shapes and having openings connecting surfaces and rear faces of sheets, and blackening processing films 3 formed to cover frames of the conductive meshes without blocking the openings on at least a surface side of the conductive meshes 2. Conductive frame exposures 21 where the blackening processing films 3 are not laminated are arranged in at least a part of sheet peripheral edges 4 of the conductive meshes 2. Film thickness of the blackening processing film 3 is 0.001 to 30 μm.
