The electromagnetic wave shielding sheet 31 includes a base cloth the whole surface of which is coated with a metal layer including the internal surface, and a part or all of a fiber material constituting the base cloth is formed of a thermally fusing yarn. The thermally fusing yarn included in the base cloth is preferably fused in the metal layer. The base cloth is preferably a woven or knitted fabric having a double structure, or a nonwoven fabric having a multilayer structure.
