Abstract:
To provide an electromagnetic wave transmission path, a method for manufacturing the electromagnetic wave transmission path, and an electronic device such as an electromagnetic wave amplifier, an electromagnetic wave oscillator or the like.SOLUTION: An electromagnetic wave transmission path includes conductors 10, 11 arranged so as to be spaced apart from each other by a predetermined interval, and an insulator 20 having higher electrical resistivity than those of the conductors 10, 11 is arranged between the conductors 10, 11. The insulator 20 arranges a Gunn diode 40, as a passive element, in a microstrip line that is configured such that polyimide contains a finely particulate magnetic material having a permeability of zero or minus at a predetermined frequency. An electronic device 2 is configured by combining a Gunn diode 40 and a microstrip line. An electromagnetic wave having a predetermined frequency at which the Gunn diode 40 oscillates is transmitted in the microstrip line with a low loss.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
