Abstract:
A method for making an electronic blackbody structure is provided. The method comprises: providing a growing substrate; growing a carbon nanotube array on the growing substrate, the carbon nanotube array including a top surface and a bottom surface, the bottom surface being connected to the growing substrate; and separating the carbon nanotube array from the growing substrate, exposing the bottom surface of the carbon nanotube array, and the bottom surface of the carbon nanotube array is used to absorb electrons. An electronic blackbody structure is further provided.
