To provide an electron beam curing type coating agent having high adhesiveness to a metal such as aluminum used in a wrapping material for foods, medicines, etc., having processability and heat resistance required, free from odor and having high safe and hygienic properties and further to provide a wrapping material satisfying low cost, functionalities such as a gas barrier property, a light blocking property and a storage property of contents and to provide a method for producing the wrapping material.
The electron beam curing type coating agent comprises at least a reactive oligomer having two polymerizable unsaturated groups in the molecule, an organic phosphorus compound, preferably in an amount of 0.1-50 wt.% and a polymerizable compound having a carboxy group. The method for producing the wrapping material comprises applying the electron beam curing type coating agent to a substrate, irradiating the coating agent with electron beam by a vacuum-tube type electron irradiation apparatus having <150 kV accelerating voltage and curing the coating agent.
