Abstract:

To provide a liquid radiation-curing resin composition which gives a cured product having no decrease in the gel fraction by irradiation of electron beams and which is useful as an electron beam-curing resin composition for coating an optical fiber.

The electron beam-curing resin composition for coating an optical fiber features that the ratio of the gel fraction in the cured product obtained by irradiating the composition with electron beams accelerated at 100 kV to generate 600 kGy absorbed dose to the gel fraction of the cured product obtained by irradiating with electron beams accelerated at 100 kV to generate 100 kGy absorbed dose ranges from 1.0 to 1.05.
