Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an output resonance cavity circuit for an electron beam tube device for extracting high-frequency energy, in which connection between cavities can be adjusted by a dome complete member. CONSTITUTION: In an IOT device, a primary output cavity 8 is connected to a secondary output cavity 10 via a connector 9 and a conductive body 13. The secondary output cavity 10 is provided with a connecting dome 15 extending from a wall of the cavity facing to the conductive body 13. The connecting dome 15 is formed of a base portion 16, to which a different dome complete member 17 is fixed, according to a frequency range in which the IOT device can be operated. In another embodiment, the base portion 16 of the connecting dome 15 per se constitutes the connecting dome as a whole. An additional end member may be fixed, as necessary.
