Abstract:
To prevent a phenomenon wherein an irradiation object is floated from a mesh conveyor by rebound of cooling wind for wind foil cooling from a beam catcher.
A pair of pressing boards 42 extending along the X-direction, for pressing respectively peripheries of both ends in the Y-direction of the irradiation object 2 on the mesh conveyor 4 are installed respectively under a pair of beam masks 40 through an elastic flexible part 44. The X-direction is the conveyance direction of the irradiation object 2 by the mesh conveyor 4, and the Y-direction is the orthogonal direction thereto.
