Abstract:
To provide an electron beam welder which can be easily operated by an operator under a vacuum condition.SOLUTION: An electron beam welder includes: a cathode electrode 24 which emits electrons; a Wehnelt electrode 26 which converges the electrons; an anode electrode 28 which has an anode hole 28H, and passes the electrons through the anode hole 28H as an electron beam B when a positive voltage is applied on a cathode electrode 24; an electron gun casing 20 which has an emission port 22 from which the electron beam B is emitted, and houses the cathode electrode 24, the Wehnelt electrode 26, and the anode electrode 28; a grip part 44 which is fixed to the electron gun casing 20; and an operation part 46 which can perform manual operation for operating emission and stop of the electrons.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
