The electron element includes a substrate and a transparent conductive structural body installed on the surface of the substrate. The transparent conductive structural body includes a plurality of carbon nanotubes. The plurality of carbon nanotubes are connected by intermolecular force. The plurality of carbon nanotubes are aligned in parallel with each other on the surface of the transparent conductive structural body, either isotropically, or along a prescribed direction, or along a plurality of different directions.
