Abstract:
To provide an electron gun structure for a microwave tube capable of shortening its manufacturing process.
This electron gun structure for a microwave tube is equipped with a cathode electrode 12 for emitting an electron beam E, a Wehnelt electrode 14 for focusing the electron beam E, and an anode electrode 17 for accelerating the electron beam E. Recessed grooves 21a to 21c are provided in a surface of the anode electrode 17 facing on the cathode electrode 12.
