Abstract:

To provide an electron tube having a higher current distribution factor by increasing the ratio of anode current to total current.

A grid electrode 2 has a grid mesh 2-1 and a flange face 2-2 surrounding the grid mesh. A cathode electrode 1 has a substrate 1-1 and a metal part 5 provided on part of the substrate 1-1 facing the flange face 2-2. A plurality of through holes 1H are formed on part of the substrate of the cathode electrode 1 surrounded by the metal part 5. The surroundings (upper face, lower face, right side face and left side face) of connecting parts 1J connecting the through holes are covered by electron emitter 1-2.
